Yes — pressure washing is part of our standard exterior prep, not an add-on. Paint applied over Georgia pollen, mildew, or chalking old paint will peel. We clean the surface first, let it dry fully, then prime and paint. That sequence is why the finish lasts.

With proper prep and quality paint, 7 to 10 years is realistic. The Atlanta metro's combination of summer heat, afternoon thunderstorms, and high pollen is harder on paint than a dry climate — which is exactly why surface prep and the right primer matter so much here.

For most interior work, two finish coats after primer. For exterior, we assess the surface condition first — older or bare wood often needs a full prime coat before the finish coats go on. We'll tell you what the job actually requires, not just what's fastest.

In most cases, yes. If you have the original paint can we can match it exactly. If not, we can take a chip sample to the paint supplier and get a computer-matched formula. We'll show you the test swatch on the wall before committing to the full job.
